Logic Colloquium 2012 - Travel Information

Manchester Piccadilly station
The University is a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly railway station, which has direct trains to most of Britain's major cities and many smaller places besides. The train from London takes around two hours.
Visitors from overseas are advised to arrive at Manchester Airport (code MAN), which is a 20-minute train ride from the city centre. There are direct flights to numerous European cities and major hubs around the world. Rail connections from other airports (including London Heathrow) are possible, but often work out more expensive than a connecting flight to Manchester.
